"Furious 7" mengirimkan 5 wakilnya dalam nominasi di Teen Choice Awards, salah satunya untuk kategori Movie Action/Adventure. Di kategori ini, "Furious 7" harus bersaing dengan film-film bagus lainnya seperti "The Divergent Series: Insurgent", "Kingsman: The Secret Service", "San Andreas", "The Maze Runner" dan "Tracers".
